Yard waiver required
Due to the coarse nature and weight of the materials and goods sold here at Ditchfield Supplies, all customers are required to sign a yard waiver before either entering the yard, and/or having their vehicle loaded by our personnel.
Vehicle damage
This waiver clears Ditchfield Supplies of any and all responsibility regarding the customers’ vehicle while in our yard. This includes any dents, scratches, scrapes, nicks, as well as damage incurred from overloading the vehicle, or machine loading the vehicle.
Weight limits & material risk
It is the customers’ responsibility to know the weight restrictions of their vehicle. Customers must realize prior to entering the yard that these materials are abrasive, heavy and, at times, unsteady and unpredictable.
Liability
For these reasons, Ditchfield Supplies will not be held liable for any damages incurred to customers’ vehicles while in the yard.
